I love the point about how condescending race talk can be. It's no different in 2022. The BLM movement was such a great example of this. BLM was a total fraud. The self professed Marxist founders left and bought millions of dollars worth of homes, and many millions are unaccounted for. They were condescending in their message. Then there the corporate and government voice about victimhood and those poor, poor black folks we must step up and save, as though they are incapable of doing anything themselves. It was gross and condescending on both sides. I love this channel because it keeps my feet planted firmly on the ground by reminding me that what I think is novel and out of control is just an extension of things that started generations ago and I need to relax.

@tomdalton4293 I don't know if I've ever met a single person who doesn't think black lives really do matter and doesn't think the playing field should be level. I also don't think I've met an intelligent person who's looked into it who thinks BLM the organization is legit. I couldn't agree more.
