Even the NYT had an article about how Ukraine was one of the most corrupt countries going, it's indeed on the other side of the world and the winner was no threat to America, and America is deeply in debt, and Ukraine can never, ever win this war outright. To say those statements come from the hatred MAGA has for anything Biden touched is insane. They are empirically true statements. It's fine to ASK if the west can have troops there to keep the peace that's fine, but to get petulant about it is insane. Also, you know damn well that the war would never end if they were western troops on that border. Zero chance Putin would agree to that. Regardless, America by no stretch of the imagination is morally obligated to care about this war. Africa has had massive slaughters by machete. America could've intervened with next to no effort and stopped it. They didn't. North Korea has insane conditions imposed upon their people. Injustice of the worst kinds happens all over the world. America isn't the world police. It's bonus fries if they help, and nothing more. Zelensky seems to possess zero humility and Ukraine IS a corrupt country. I'm not happy with how Trump and JD behaved, but I'm thrilled Trump told him to pound sand until he puts his tail between his legs. Zelensky is an insufferable ass.
