  2. Yeah that really stuck out to me. To suggest that obesity is entirely genetic is insane. He himself talks about wanting to control his weight so he clearly understands we play the biggest role in all of this. I've never once, ever, met an obese person who ate clean. I've met many who claim they do but if I look in their kitchen it's chock full of bad foods. Every time.

  3. ​ @SkepticalTeacher  I get what you're saying, does that suggest that we all eat roughly the same foods? It also means that it is genetic, yet sort of not because it still comes down to what we put in our bodies.
