  1. Oh man, Whistler/Blackcomb (site of the 2010 Winter Olympics) is no joke. Parking there can easily cost more than many place's lift tickets. Add in hotels and food and transportation and I'm telling ya, it's not for the faint of wallet. A long weekend skiing trip for a family of 4 that lives within driving distance can easily still costsas much as a used car.

  2.  @lancevivianmarsh4274  $137 USD per day per ticket. Parents taking their 2 kids and 1 night in a hotel can easily go over $1K. Yeah that's a crappy used car but I've bought one I used for years for less than that.
