  1. I'm a wheat-free vegetarian and it's a PITA, but it does stop me from eating SO much bad food. 20+ years of just eating a variety of foods and I'm fine. Healthy, thin, I don't stress about getting this or that in my diet. People over think their diets. Just eat a wide variety of food in as natural a form as you can. Done.
