  1. I live in Vancouver, and last year the top 40 offenders were arrested a total of 6000 times. That’s not a typo. That’s an average of 150 arrests per person last year for the top 40. It’s literally beyond belief. Thankfully, we’ve got a guy trying to take out Justin Trudeau in the next election and he is the one pounding this stat into our heads.
