People who make 6 figures or more (okay, $98k or more) pay 95% of American federal taxes according to Tax Policy Center senior fellow Howard Gleckman. And this was in an article debunking the claim that the top 1% paid 99% of taxes, so this was actually a left leaning publication I got this from. I'm not saying you are, but it blows me away how many people who pay very little in taxes (they get much more out of what the government provides than they pay as a share) complain that other don't pay enough. You want to talk about greed? That's greed.

100 %. There is ALWAYS more laws no matter who is in power. Never less. Follow that trend and it literally can only end in an absolute loss of freedom.

RFK is incredibly fit and HATES the establishment and would actually clean house. Vivek isn't a politician so he doesn't have decades of backroom deals he has to uphold. Either of these guys would be aweome.

I get what you're saying and perhaps it's inappropriate, but it's tongue in cheek because every POTUS hopeful says what they will sign and executive order for on day one. Biden, Trump, they all do it.

4:40. "The chaos of the Trump years". Yeah, because people with TDS lost it at everything he said and did. 98% of all Trump complaints are about what a jerk face he is. IDGAF about anything but policy and people have very few complaints about his actual policies, and the economy certainly did well under him. I don't get where the boogeyman is. Things were objectively good under him, worse now, and people don't want to go back to the good times because they don't like him? I think it is exceedingly pathetic that people literally use elections as a popularity contest, as far as how they like the person, not how they like those person's policies when looked at objectively. Edit: F'ing hell. The lady on the left came right out and confirmed my suspicion. "I'd put policy aside and choose democracy", ironically on the guy who peddled his influence to make money with his son, and whose party right now are trying to insist that the guy who literally told his followers to stay peaceful, and go home with trying to stage an insurrection, and they're trying to bar him from even running. Anybody who buys that is unfit to vote. If you cannot see the extreme irony and hypocrisy in that, then I don't know what to tell you. I'm not telling you to vote for Donald Trump, I'm just saying that you better look at both of their policies and decide who makes the most sense to you. Thinking this is a threat to democracy and then it will be saved by voting for the party trying legal shenanigans to bar the person who's gonna beat the pants off them in the election is just gross and dishonest..

This is actually the election with the best candidates I've seen in ages. RFK is so awesome they torpedoed him like they did Tulsi. Vivek is also awesome. Trump is a cudgel but a very effective one. DeSantis is boring but in a good way. Florida has done very well under him. There are a few people I'd be down for being POTUS this time.

RFK wins for me because he is honest and humble. He had one opinion about the border issue, then went down there and talked to people and saw it in person and came back and said "I was wrong" and changed his mind. I respect the hell out of that and I'd rather have that guy leading me than someone I agree on more things with but is a typical greasy politician. RFK spent his adult like as a lawyer fighting for noble causes. I don't agree with him on several points but I think he really truly has everybody else's best interests at heart. And yes, he hates the CIA and all those corrupt institutions. @476233
