  1. I'll never forget the first time I saw a movie trailer stream online. It was over a T1 line. I remember telling everybody I knew that I watched a video AS it was being downloaded. My mind was absolutely blown away at the concept of streaming. I couldn't believe it.

  2. Me and my buddy would go to a skateboarding website and click on a photo and then go make some sandwiches and come back and the photo would be mostly downloaded. I thought that was pure magic.

  3. I remember so many people saying that things didn't go crazy like predicted. I think it did. It really did change everything, but it was so seamless that people didn't notice. They should go back to those days and see how much life was different in every respect. The integration of the information super highway was an absolute marvel.

  6. You shut your mouth this was 30 years ago. This was eight years ago, tops. I graduated high school in 1994 and I absolutely refuse to believe that was nearly three decades ago. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go grab my walker and sit on the porch and shake my fist at some children.
