PROPER hand washing I feel is way more effective. If you wash for 20 seconds with soap, then don't touch yer damn phone unless it's clean too. I think the problem is people wash, then touch this and that while preparing food, including boxes they just brought home from the store etc. At my old work, and you can't make this up, we had a staff Christmas party in 2021. Me and another guy had to go around and get every worker on site to sanitize their hands in front of us before lunch. Then they went BACK TO WORK FOR 30 MIN before lunch. Way to play it safe. I'm in construction and guys were using and sharing tools etc but we had the paperwork to "prove" we were safe. It was all such a joke.
