If Trump is guilty, convict him. If he isn’t, then exonerate him. But not like this. Not in a politically partisan way. This timing is so transparent.

Divorce? That's a really interesting nuance there. I'm going to be pondering that one for awhile. Do you see a boycott as temporary and a divorce as an irreconcilable difference and therefore permanent?
2
The outrage is even worse because those people are the ones who complain about the price of gas. They want supply restricted, then complain about the prices going up. It's beyond belief.
2
@charlesyoung2530 the other guy did not say that. Watch the clip again. He's making fun of the situation. He's a hard-core libertarian who is a major part of Reason TV. I don't see how what you just said is any different from what that lady said. You just painted this guy as awful even though the actual clip its self says otherwise.
2
Oddly enough, the last American president to run a surplus was Bill Clinton. Conservatives always talk about small government, but they keep growing it as well.
2
What's the crime? She told people the actual laws. It makes me sad that people are so ideologically driven that they don't mind being hypocrites. I guarantee you would lose it if the exact same thing happened to a republican. You can't prosecute people for giving legal advice. Doesn't matter who that advice given to. By the logic of everyone in this comment section, every defense attourney should go to jail for defending criminals. In those cases, it would be even worse because they're being paid to defend criminals.
2
@moralityisnotsubjective5 $12k a week is bananas, but it’s all relative. If you were doing something that was making the boss $100k a week would you want a little more of the pie? I would. I have absolutely no idea how valuable these writers are, I’m just talking in general terms. I think the percentage of what you make is more important than the overall dollar amount.
2
That last lady didn’t state any facts. She just talked about standing with confederates. Confederates completely literally have nothing to do with this in any capacity and the fact that she can’t talk about the issue without just personal insults means she is most likely wrong. Anyone who uses that tactic is likely wrong.
2
Dave Rubin used to work there. So did Jimmy adore.
2
@airgunbubba2505 Dave Rubin and Jimmy Dore paved the way for her. She does seem like she's about to lose it and Cenk seems very uncomfortable about it indeed.
2
Hell naw. Jon is half nuts now. Colbert is off the rails completely. Jon still makes great points now and then. Colbert lost his mind.
2
Laudinging means taking ill gotten gains and putting them through a sale or company to make them legit. This instead of money funnelling. They're using legally aquired taxes.
2
That's fine. That's still progress.
2
Cuz cops don’t show up to doors in America? I’m not sure what you are getting at.
2
And if she gets off, it does not necessarily mean the court system is a joke. It might be the exact opposite. If she says a bunch of things that are suspect but the prosecution can't prove wrongdoing, then the system is working exactly as it should. You can't prosecute just because you "feel" the person is a liar or whatever. If you could, then Donald Trump would be in a whole bunch of trouble right now because the system absolutely hates him.
2
If this exact situation happened to a Democrat and MSNBC said that instead of being an embarrassment it was 4D chess, you'd be losing your mind. Just sayin.
2
You nailed it. He should’ve went to Kamala Harris route. She started out blasting Joe Biden and then realized she might be a vice president so she got down on her knees.
2
Poverty? Elon Musk called them out in brilliant fashion when he committed to personally paying every cent of the total they said could eradicate worldwide poverty, providing they gave him the plan and promised to show receipts. I don't agree with Elon on everything, but I love the guy to death.
2
Thankfully, it's quite the opposite. She recognized how awful the mainstream media was so she left. She had an extremely prestigious, coveted spot in the media landscape, and she left voluntarily. She's independent now and this clip is three years old. It's absolutely not representative of how she feels now. She is a shining example that people can see the light and change and become much more reasonable. This clip is disingenuously used in this video.

My mom has one of the 24 hour news networks on at all times. I've tried to convince her that you literally are not more informed as a human being if you watch those news networks constantly. They are that inaccurate. Has anybody ever seen a new story about some thing that they know a lot about and come away thinking "yeah, they nailed it!"?
2
@ThePanman48 Never said it was. The vast majority of South America is below the equator and all of North America is above it, and the border between the two is tropical.
2
I don't like the wall because of animal migration and I wish they'd just harshly penalize illegal immigrants, but this story makes me smile. I love it. Democrats also wanted the wall going back to 2007 and they wait until the last second to sell it at a loss? Reprehensible.
2
20 years ago it felt like the opposite. Now the pendulum swung around and broke the clock because it’s hard to tell the difference between left leaning principles and right leaning principles these days. It’s like they’ve swapped. Always support whatever it makes the most sense at any given time. Who gives a damn whose mouth it comes out of?
2
Oh my God, can men please take chick flicks and make them about guns and raunchy comedy? You hit the nail on the head and I really really wish somebody would do this. Take Fried Green Tomatoes and add a Mexican standoff gun battle.
2
Drug companies. Take away that one single income source and MSNBC is bankrupt tomorrow.

Where did Canada find this guy? Where did he come from? He came from his daddy's balls, and his daddy's balls just so happen to have been attached to the second most controversial PM in Canadian history. Zero chance Trudeau would be PM if his name was Jeffery Anderson..
1
Zelenskyy has the posture of someone in a position of power here. I hope America cuts off the foreign aid. I work with military aged men who escaped Ukraine. They've given me the inside scoop. It's all propaganda. Everyone is the bad guy in this. Putin, Zelenskyy, and the west for perpetuating this war. They KNEW encroaching Russia would make Putin do something stupid. They WANT this war to continue so they can siphon money and weaken Russia, with Ukrainian lives, all the while knowing Ukraine was one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Nobody wins here.
1
American journalists think like her, yet they print stuff to whip up BLM rage or TDS rage without a second thought. It’s hypocritical and gross. And this is why The left drives me so nuts. They truly don’t believe that they have a point of you. They think they have reality and that everything else is the opposite of that.
1
6:40 if white voters had those kind of numbers voting for white people over black people specifically, the media would be losing their minds about what horrible racists white people are.
1
Years ago my dad said he believe Trump would never concede the election and that that was one of the reasons he was dangerous and I said it doesn’t matter if Trump concedes or not because the president doesn’t have very much power in America. They can’t stay just because they feel like it so it’s a non-issue. Trump absolutely did have to get forced out of office kicking and screaming, but he had to go kicking and screaming. End of story. There was absolutely no possible way that any rational person could call January 6 a coup attempt. The people who came without guns? Come on now
1
She pleaded not guilty. 😂
1
The "second choice" option on election day isn't a novel idea. It's a real thing. Not sure how I feel about it. Basically, it forces a party, theoretically at least, to cater to more than just their base is probably a good thing.
1
That's my first impression as well. These women feel pressured to do some virtue signalling so that they don't lose their careers. It's the grossest form of harassment. @Yazz2014
1
RFK is the only guy who is hardcore going after the swamp. Trump had 4 years and didn’t do it. He’ll put Fauci in jail whereas Trump did nothing. There certainly are reasons for voting for him. I only care about people who want to seriously want to go against the elites. He is one but I really do think he wants to flip over the table.
1
I hate to say it, but I 100% agree with AOC here. I think her letter is bang on. It was a scumbag move for her to help illegals, but she said things that were the law. You can't prosecute people for stating the law just because it hurts what you want done. I want the illegals gone too, but what she did is protected. She's not scared in the least. She didn't try to "justify" what she said. She went on the attack because she knows it's a bs accusation. Again, she was morally in the wrong with what she said but legally in the right, and the law must stand for something, even when it's frustrating.
1
Your ending rant is wholly incorrect. There is no green light to try and bury people on racist accusations. A greenlight would indicate that anyone can do it. You are only allowed to do that if you are on the left. You can say things everything is implicitly racist if you're on the left, even without evidence, but if your explicit racism is called out on the left, you are a victim.
1
Yes, and on the Jillian Michaels podcast she fully admitted it. I have respect for people who recognize their flaws and want to change..
1
If he was telling the truth it would be an even bigger reason to drop him. If you've made well above average for 45 years and still had no money you are in no position to lead the world's largest economy. Just sayin.
1
You are right, my money will absolutely not assuage me of any guilt.
1
......oooooorr Joe knows really is nuanced and that both sides can make valid points.
1
Oh boy would she ever @elsajones6325
1
Wow, the commenters are hard-core ideologues. You guys are just being petulant. Why you would want to alienate one of the most powerful people in America is beyond me. That's never a recipe for success. You need to work with this guy and bring him into the fold. What could you possibly gain from shutting him out?
1
I dunno man. I’m Canadian and was told that George had died from having blood blocked from his brain, not from an air blockage. Also, c’mon. The dude was a career druggie so this wasn’t his first rodeo. He was held down with a knee on his neck over his limp body for minutes. He died exactly then by total coincidence? There was no excuse for the neck stuff. He was cuffed and not going anywhere. Sure not for life, but Derek should for sure be behind bars. I don’t believe for a second the kneeling on the neck long after he was no threat didn’t impact this incident. If I hit someone with my car and they get whiplash because they already had a frail neck, it’s still at least partially on me. Involuntary manslaughter makes the most sense to me. This is my first LH downvote but I gotta call ‘em as I see ‘em. This video comes across like Derek literally did nothing wrong whatsoever. I think that view is just as extreme as thinking he did intentional homicide.
1
I wouldn't be shocked in the very least, if Gavin Newsom ends up being the Democratic nominee, and he wins. The main stream media covers for him to such a degree that you'll never understand what's going on unless you actively seek out independent media. Most people don't have time for that sort of thing..
1
Bud Light and this Twitter thing aren't even comparable. I'm shocked you even put those in the same sentence. Bud Light made a marketing decision. A private company made a marketing decision. I went horribly wrong. Big deal. What people are doing with Twitter is trying to shut down the only free speech platform in the English-speaking world. Those are two very very very very different things.
1
Not only outlined it, but said it was powerful and amazing and unprecedented.......bUt voTE fOr tHE othER gUy!!!!
1
He’s literally saying he wants these people to be shit and killed in vigilante justice. That’s absolutely the same thing as saying you want people to be lynched. Imagine saying that certain people should be lynched. There’s nobody more hateful than the woke mob. But they’re worse because they’re hypocrites about it. At least the far right is honest about what they are.
1
Why'd you have to show me this? Damn gives me PTSD because I had the Freeland in my office at work last month. She changed in my office! It now feels like it's on a buried pet cemetery. I can't wait until after the next election.
1
I don't mind his rant. I thought it was going to be insane but it's fine. Jon was a major force behind getting healthcare and proper due for the folks who went into the twin towers without proper ppe and ended up with all kinds of ailments, and some even died as a result. He was doing what he could to help them for years and he saw the Republicans who voted against helping them. I don't know why they voted no. Maybe there was a good reason, but Jon was trying to get them help and he saw it being denied. I get why he's angry and it's okay. I do think patriotism is the domain of the right these days but I get why Jon said what he said, especially about the 911 stuff. This video is making a mountain out of a molehill.

The meme of the day is silly. It's common to suspend elections during a war on your own soil.
