They say that roughly 3% of any given population are psychopaths. How many of them have extremely strong, violent impulses is hard to say, but it's interesting to think that if you work in a building with 300 people, there are roughly 10 people who are literal psychopaths around you. Or think of a sports stadium. You absolutely definitely for sure have come within 3 feet of a psychopath thousands of times in your life to me that's actually comforting and shows you how rare it is that any of them actually do something horrific.

"they say its only 3% but 90% of people have no problem voting for someone to do that horrible stuff for them and then it's considered 'normal'." 100%. I had teh deputy PM of Canada in my office. She's a WEF member and what she does is truly awful and hurts people and she seemed "off". Like she didn't have her own thoughts and behaviours like a normal person. It was surreal. Power is so compelling for the wrong people... @martiendejong8857

Yes, not every psychopath is violent. Many surgeons are psychopaths. Pilots and lawyers too. They seem to be drawn to certain occupations where they can basically play God with people. Good. I want my surgeon to be cool as a cucumber while wanting me to do well to feed his ego. I'm all for it. @jjk4754

@Bobbb-f3i 3% of 300 is nine? Hey, I wear a hard hat for a living. What do you want from me? Yeah, surgeons and pilots are often psychopaths too. Playing God with people's lives seems to be the ticket they need to live a normal life I guess.
