  1. When I first moved out, I used to go to this Chinese place around the corner to get a meal for $7.99. I never wanted to go to restaurants because those meals were more like $13, but you often got twice as much food and better quality so overall it was actually better in every way to eat the higher quality meal. I would eat one meal there and save the leftovers for another meal.
