  1. "You and I know he's lying" is not proof, especially after using video of Alex, saying that he believed it was a hoax, but offered no proof whatsoever. And saying the courts decided it is so, also does not constitute proof because this was not an issue over whether or not somebody was driving a vehicle that struck a pedestrian. That is a factual matter that can be conclusively proven. But outside of an email where Alex Jones says that he's going to twist Sandy Hook around and purposely create a controversy, it's almost impossible to prove that he knowingly lied. And why would he? Is it truly happened, it makes him look like a massive idiot. Why would he do that?
