If you pause the video, you can see it written on the ticket. You can't go have unauthorized events on private property. That's reasonable.

  3. I couldn't agree more. I work in the worst part of Vancouver and I know how the system works. It's ridiculous. It is not compassionate to them at all. It enables them. It's heartbreaking.  @christopherlussier4383
