  1. It's incredible the amount of stuff we just take for granted because we don't stop to really analyze it. A lot of stuff that we know, when I asked how we know, we have no idea, and a lot of it can have serious doubt cast upon it with even the most basic thought experiments.

"the scientific experts that work for either side (Prosecutor and Defense) often give diametrically opposing opinions on subjects" This alone should tell us all we need to know about the state of "fact" and how we need to be more open minded. Also, people are prone to "a feeling I have" because they are right 50% of the time when it comes to something like guilty/innocent so they remember all the times they were right and it seems like always so they think they have a magical power they don't actually possess.

  3. Joe has been getting this stuff out to people in the millions, but it hasn't overturned everything. When there were only three networks, a bombshell story like this, could've changed everything.
