@mannyc4548 Please look up what promontorium talks about. Africa's parks owe a great deal to trophy hunters. Just like how Ducks Unlimited are a great force in the preserving of wetlands. Personally I'm a vegetarian who wouldn't hurt a fly and the thought of hunting absolutely sickens me, but that doesn't change the fact that legal trophy hunters do way more good than harm overall.

@philtripe I'm in the exact same boat as you. I'm a vegetarian who hates the concept of hunting, but I'm well aware of how much good it does, especially in African parks. I wonder how many people are all up in arms about a "pretty" animal getting killed and are expressing that while eating KFC.

@biguglystick If they stopped paying big bucks for the right to hunt (which funds wildlife conservation, especially in Africa where the funds are desperately needed), will you be the one to step in and create the wildlife preserves? You have to choose cuz you can't have it both ways.
