  3. You forgot the biggest benefit: for many people (everyone is different), their bodies respond really well to plant based diets. You rarely hear of someone who cuts out most or all meat and says they feel like shit. It's also helping older athletes extend their careers like Tom Brady and Zdeno Chara,
