Comments by "Jason Dashney" (@jasondashney) on "Vivek Ramaswamy refuses to say whether Putin is a war criminal. Hear John Bolton's reaction" video.
John says this immediately after seeing a clip of Vivek clearly articulating that he needs to learn more information before coming to a conclusion. That's the literal antithesis of that quote. Gaslighting is one thing when you know the secret truth behind the scenes, but it's entirely another when you try to contradict video that immediately proceeded to comment. It hurts my heart that people don't care about objective reality.

WTF!?!?!?! 6:45 is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. John is insisting that Vivek has very firm opinions on things he knows nothing about, and that's his comment right after being shown a video where Vivek says he needs to learn more information before he comes to any sort of firm conclusion. Anybody who listens to this CNN garbage and thinks it's trutworthy information shouldn't be able to vote.

Shaking hands with someone is bad now? I simply can't understand why people were upset that Trump tried to open up diplomatic relations with enemy states. That's exactly what we should be doing. Play nice and try to win people over instead of having press, conferences, and calling them evil. What possible good can come out of publicly calling another world leader evil? Do you think they're gonna realize they were wrong and start being friendly or do you think that's gonna stiffen their resolve and make them even more dangerous? People like you actually want the conflict. You want to feel righteous indignation if you truly live for the conflict. Trump was the only recent president who didn't get the country involved in new wars. Hillary Clinton never saw war she didn't like. If she was Republican, you guys would be calling her out like she's an evil warmonger.

What are you talking about? Vivek said that he needs more information before coming to a firm conclusion. That's the very definition of a sensible answer to such a serious question. The comment section is acting like he made definitive statements that were incorrect. If he did, please quote it.

I 100% agree, and I won hundred percent think that his opinion on whether Putin is a war criminal or not it's completely irrelevant. Russia is not going to invade America, and America isn't going to help Russia right now, so what difference does it make what he thinks? It's like when a federal leader gets asked about a state matter, or a particular news story. If it's not of federal interest, then a federal politician shouldn't even be asked the question let alone be hung for his answer, or non-answer.

And he says this right after watching a video clip of Vivek saying that he wants to learn more information before coming to a firm conclusion. How anybody takes any of this seriously is beyond me.

Thank you. Then, again, these people don't care about the law. Just look what happened with Kyle Rittenhouse. He was legally innocent, yet people got angry that he was not convicted. If you don't like it, change the law, don't get angry at a correct ruling.

War criminal is a legal definition. He should not be commenting on that. He can say Putin does bad things, that he doesn't like Putin, but he should not be commenting on legal definitions.

This is the Internet. Logic and reason have no place here. You're supposed to get angry and call people stupid.

So you want America to go into a foreign country and force a regime change? Who's next? Who else should America invade and force of regime change with? People were certainly unhappy when they did that in Iraq.

@koshka02 I still think invading another country to instigate regime change is always a bad idea, but I really appreciate your answer. I understand where you’re coming from and I don’t think you’re “wrong”, I just happen to disagree with your opinion. It’s refreshing to hear somebody intelligently state their case tho so thank you. I can handle almost anybody’s opinion if they can back it up with actual reasons as opposed to just knee-jerk emotional outbursts. I am now wiser for having heard the most intelligent rebuttal to my view that I’ve heard thus far. I totally understand where you’re coming from but I’m still invoking the slippery slope because history shows us that it’s a hard habit to break, and it seldom works out well when tried.

Thank you! It's like how Trump was criticized for dealing with North Korea. So it's better to sit back and call them evil, like that's going to help? You'd think the lefties would love the idea of diplomacy. If Trump cured cancer they'd say he was killing cancer cells and is evil.
