Then perhaps you should watch more centrist media. This is how often goes. Triggernometry is always like this, and they aren't alone.

None of the three people in this interview are conservatives. All of them have always professed to not be conservative. What's funny is you could cut this interview (the Triggernomety one) and absolutely make David sound like a hard-core right winger because he talked about how you have to enforce borders and deport illegals, and that you should be able to make ridiculous amounts of money and be crazy rich, etc.

There is tons of debate like this on the internet. It's only the people who are on the extremes of both wings, who don't see this sort of debate because they stay in their echo chambers. For the record, I see absolutely no difference between the far left in the far right.

There were conservatives in this debate? Who?

@felixcd3799 Not one of them are right wing. By the way, it's funny you say right wing talking points because you could cut the interview to make David sound extremely. conservative. He talked about how you need strict immigration control and need to deport illegals and how you should be able to make incredible amounts of money and own yachts etc. It's absolutely incredible to me that the far left continues to label anybody they even remotely disagree with as right wing. Over and over. I seen literal card-carrying Democrats be labelled far right extremists. It's the strangest thing. Also, all debates are people trying to lure the other into their talking points, so to speak. You try to get the other person to come to your side. That's what debate is.

They always are. If people would search out debates hosted by centrists, they would find all kinds of these types of discussions. It's only the people on the far left and far right to get surprised every time that normal people are able to have calm debates even if they've heavenly disagreed with the other person. Francis Foster saying "wow" when David made probably the craziest statement of the whole interview about how he couldn't have imagined the withdrawal from Afghanistan going any better was about the most extreme level of disrespect or smugness I've ever seen on their show. There's tons of good reasonable content out there with people who disagree with each other.

This is not a masters thesis at all. This is very common place. If people would get out their ideological echo chambers and navigate towards the center, you would see this sort of debate often. There are untold numbers of exchanges like this on YouTube. It's only extremists who are surprised by it every time.
