  2. Robert Reid Agreed. There’s zero chance Trump wants a nuclear war. I’m not worried about that’s at all. He’s actually good at negotiating with dickheads. He’s been doing it his whole life, and he’s one of them so he knows the rules of engagement.

  3. 1:43:07 is why academics irritate me. They just can’t seem to grasp that other people value accomplishments that academics don’t. Eric will NEVER understand what it feels like to land a trick that was terrifying and you literally bled for. It’s incomparable. All he knows are academic successes or perhaps regular sport accomplishments. As a long time sponsored skateboarder I am speak with authority in that intellectual achievement is different from physical, and when the stakes are high, the rewards are the hugest. To think he’d still mad at his kid for accomplishing this is unacceptable. This is on some cheesy 80’s “Dad, I don’t want to live your life” shit. I like Eric, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. Unless you can understand the mental reward for the success, you can’t criticize it with ANY authority. It’s unlike anything you can imagine.
