  1.  @Mosby-z8c  Wagner wasn't "using all the citizens as a huge meat shield". The Russian MoD gives zero fucks about Russian lives, so you're not thinking your ideas through all the way because. The citizens of Rostov were aware (as it was all over social media before Wagner got there) and yet they were still happy to see them in their city. It was those "gifting food/water and taking selfies with the Wagner soldiers" on social media that showed why many local military turned a blind eye to Wagner.
