@terrysullivan1992 Putin can wait out two years by pulling back and refocusing efforts on attrition instead of taking territory.

@LowenKM The current aid bills only last for two years. Russia can hunker down for a slow war of attrition for two years. It won't be comfortable but they don't have many options beyond an European winter of discontent or a change in the White House.

@markmitchell457 The US has three parties: Democrats, Republicans and Trump. If Trump gets reelected, he could remove all support for Ukraine.
