  1.  @burritosls  At the 1999 Istanbul Summit, Russia promised to have withdrawn its military forces from Moldova and Georgia by 31 December 2002, which did not happen. Russia broke the ceasefire brokered during Minsk I & II agreements. There's a much longer list of agreements Russia violated than any they ever kept.

  13.  @djape1977  If Afghanistan can hold off the Soviets and the US for more than a decade, Ukraine can do the same. Losing the war will just turn it into an insurgency like the Irish IRA.
