The generalization that Asians are “uncreative” may be true of the whole population(and even that, I doubt), but hindering ALL Asian-Americans based on an average doesn’t account for Asian individuals who deviate from the statistic. Admission officers need to be more nuanced in analyzing an Asian applicant; instead of looking at an Asian with assumptions about their race, they should analyze the individual without bias. Colleges like to put people in limiting boxes. It’s infuriating.
