A lot of the comments describe this as a financial move. I suggest you pause the video towards the end when it shows paperwork about why this happened. It says corruption was substantiated and you see various examples. This is an attempt to clean up their city and create justice for all.

@Stabbi Chan: I'm not afraid of cars, owning a few race cars and business vehicles. But when I turned forty I decided to be the man I wanted to be and stopped owning vehicles and driving, losing my drivers' license. I custom built a bicycle to have the same performance as my chiropractors' exercise machine and started riding around the peninsula, walking along Lake Erie, and I lost weight, made more friends and saved a lot of money. I'm 70 and I'm still doing that. You should hold your breath walking around a vehicle with the motor running and walk upwind from traffic. Gasoline fumes are only cancer causing.

However, as American content you are correct to think in terms of race first when it comes to discrimination. You don't hear the word stereo-typing any more. When I'm in Niagara Falls, with a large population from India, I'll say I might be stereo-typing you, but are you from India?

@gregpeterman1102 : I typed Kung Fu before I changed it to martial arts, thinking modern movies and TV shows. He grabbed guns away and pushed them aside so the bullets didn't hit him, but you hit an old man nerve here. I can't remember if he ever was shot. I'm thinking of the episode with the Brazilian street fighter with the big diamond, calling it his stone, and Cain fought off three bullies with guns who attacked him.
