@Balthorium I thought people asked for suspect descriptions as a way to be racist without saying what "culture" they thought committed the crime. People who grew up using hand-held devices expect everything to happen in a hurry for them. In this surveillance society there are reasons why suspect descriptions could or could not be given, depending on the police action.
