@margf.6773 Prayers aren't worthless if you pray as Jesus of Nazareth described. Let me say, after being on YouTube for the last three years, seeing American prayers, I can say I haven't seen one prayer that does what Jesus of Nazareth describes. However, as a meditative exercise, praying does take you away from your ordinary life and gives you a chance to feel peaceful.
