  1. No, it was Past President Trump who set up this withdrawal with a hard date. He said he was angry with Americans for not voting for him, being told by advisors he was going to lose the election. Trump tried to pull back every soldier in every foreign country around the world, as being angry, but the Pentagon wouldn't let him. That's when he picked on Afghanistan.

The people of Afghanistan are celebrating another victory over a foreign aggressor, American military leaving their country. It was the Russians and British before that.
