  1. Here in the Niagara Peninsula, I moved to another city ten months ago, starting a new hydro account. As a senior I qualified for a subsidy. I paid my first hydro bill and then began building a credit that's been growing ever since. I might be more careful with my hydro use as being brought up as Clan Watt, but if you can imagine not paying for electricity with Ontario Hydro crediting me, that's life in Ontario.
