  28. What is free speech? That was written in the Constitution before there was electricity. Free speech is exactly that, talking out loud, making a speech. That used to be called standing on a stump or soapbox, in public as speaking or in front of a government building as a speech. Publishing on paper or online is using a business that has legal responsibilities. Follow me here. If Elon Musk is saying he's a "free speech absolutist", when people start using Twitter to publish cartoon graphics of pedophile activity, is he going to delete those? He's going to find out it's one thing to say free speech, it's another to be an administrator of a public communications resource. Would you agree that Twitter could be seen as public infrastructure, regulated by taxpayer input? If it's seen as being important for the Past President as Washington politics, I do have a point.
