@patrickkenyon2326 I never said there was anything wrong liking the flag of your nation. If you asked me, as a design, I like the Confederate flag better. If you see the flag of Scotland you would see a similarity.

I see this man as a Republican operative, trying to be confrontational with protesters. These news hosts are creating a fantasy about him being there, talking about violence, when the man said he anticipated being attacked. That means he's doing something wrong, even if Trump based news hosts declare him a patriot. Really, is walking with an American flag in an American city a danger to your life? I doubt it.

@silentmajority8365 You must be taking intelligence lessons from Tucker Carlson. Do you really think you can do prison time for burning a rainbow flag? And do you really think it's legal to burn an American flag? Try doing that on a military base.

@Introvert_Honey It's not necessarily despising it, as using it to make a statement. Flag-burnings became a big thing in the Viet Nam war protests, which were made legal as the protests went on. Artists began painting flags that looked burnt or ruined, on the cover of Time, as statements about America. That worked, the public now seeing it as a war for profit. That made Washington remove the military draft. Sometimes burning an American flag leads to good things.

What kind of idiot are you, unless you didn't watch the video. These news hosts and this flag man are creating their own hateful and violent predictions. Do you really think walking with an American flag in an American city makes you a target. This man said he expected violence, so he's being confrontational and is wrong to think the protesters should go away. And I see him as a Republican operative, creating a false reality for media.

This news host is lying about events to make Republicans look good. Being confrontational with protesters is what this man was looking for, and the attention it gets. This news host is describing this action as being patriotic, when the patriots are the people who care enough about America in a global world to try and change politics. Listen to these news hosts, as if walking with a flag makes you a target for violence. The mans says he anticipated being attacked, so he's doing something wrong, including saying protestors shouldn't be there.
