Free hot water from a gas water heater, and no hydro bills because I qualified as a low income senior for Ontario Hydro and for a supplemental discount. I paid a hydro bill the first month and only build up a credit. My rent hasn't gone up in almost three years. If I look left outside the window I can see the mist of Niagara Falls rising in the distance. I'm sorry to see you know "shit-holes". It's on you.
