If you're in an underground shelter, like the one in The Wizard of Oz, my favorite, and you come up in the eye of the hurricane, can you get up and walk along until it fades away? It's too easy to critique someone who is unprofessional. Everywhere I look around America that's what I expect to see, or professional wannabes. I might be spoiled, living in Niagara Falls, the first source of commercial hydro in the world. And that power flows smoother in Canada.
