  2. They're talking about an adaptive migratory route. Here in the Niagara Peninsula, birds stopped flying south for the winter over twenty years ago. The warming effect of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, that no longer freeze over in the winter, means the average temperature in the peninsula for the last ten years has been warmer than the average temperature of Florida. We had three winter storms this last season, and two of them came up from the States.

  3. This is very capitalist. In the midst of a pandemic, with a shipping problem when ordering delivery has become important for Americans, here we have a city who is fining them for their own finances.

  10. I must be older than everyone who commented so far. This kind of airplane, like a World War One fighter, would have hopped along the ground as he tried to land on a rough surface, and when the wheels caught it would have flipped over. The pilot probably walked away. If it didn't hop along the ground, the wheels digging in right away, it would have flipped harder and been more of a wreck.

You could buy a Fillmore ticket and be told what end to eat, soaked in acid, so you got off during the concert. I've jammed enough Santana tunes in bands, but I was disappointed when I watched the latest Santana reunion DVD. Santana is telling people if you have some mescaline now is the time to do it. According to the American Federation of Musicians, it's against union rules to have an open bottle of beer onstage or smoke cigarettes. A different world also includes plastic paint instead of oil paint. I remind you of L.A. and Texas, latex, and why they call it acrylic now.

  29.  @user-or6yn8pm3c  Up north, back then, all we heard about was sleeping for free on the beaches, living for free, living in hippy communes growing and manufacturing their own drugs, watching it in all forms of news and entertainment. I grew up thinking that being of legal age meant drinking and doing drugs, or you could never be an artist or musician without them. I was looking over a meth-head camp outside of Niagara Falls two days ago, along abandoned railroad tracks. I can't live like that. No-one should have to.

  30.  @user-or6yn8pm3c  Over two years ago I moved from the big city I was living in because it became more than just a rat race after I ran for mayor to complain about local criminals dominating politics, the husbands and wives of Satans' Choice, Hells' Angels, Vagabonds, Red Riders and the Ward Family. I'm lucky to be alive, always surprised at someone new who showed up to help me. No-one from local government. Two weeks after I moved to this rural address COVID-19 hit, and it didn't bother me. Riding my bicycle around a deserted city, Niagara Falls, police said this virus was being used to drive people indoors and online, for political and financial reasons.

  32.  @snoozeflu : I went back for another look and it's difficult to see, how the vegetation grows and the fact you don't have a big view, showing a longer approach. Seeing how it's lying there all in one piece without messing up the field around it does support my assessment, a slow-speed flip, not a crash.

I'm starting to see the effects of society shutting down and becoming more about being where you live, as becoming this age of introspection for America, seeing many social changes that only uplift society.
