  4.  @mousecoder1306  As an Englishman you have the proper perspective on those free Scottish degrees, and when I mention that I don't say it's a deal negotiated with the English. You're in between. This is like saying the King James Holy Bible in English when King James was the sixth King James of Scotland, before he took over the English throne. Or saying the final arbiter of justice in England is Scotland Yard. As an Englishman I hope you saw Jimi Hendrix. He played clubs and did shows in England but only did two concerts in Ontario.
