As for Americans promoting themselves and white-washing events for public and global consumption, it's events like this around the country that are not reported or under-reported. I was still caught up in the White House violence, seeing newer videos all the time, but it took seeing the Washington funeral procession for the slain officer, with the streets lined with police officers and security guards and people, that really put it in my heart for me. I went through the cities burning after the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, and I never thought I'd see a racial uprising like that in my lifetime again. Thank you for you very detailed reply.

  3. I don't think you understand what's happening. The rioters could be said to be the attempted coup. If the House impeaches the President that's your government at work. Just to show how simply crazy some Trump supporters are, when long-term backers like Vice President Mike Pence and Lindsey Graham act as they should as members of Trumps government, Trump supporters turn against them in a heart-beat, calling them traitors and threatening their lives.
