Past President Trump would have been gone after the first impeachment, but the Republican Party didn't follow the law. That's why Past President Trump hasn't been arrested, the Party is in the way.

They want Americans to get caught up in this "theory", so when the grave is dug up, as horrible as that should be, and nothing improper is found, that will create sympathy for Trump and help him push back against the investigations against him.
