  1. Calm down. Don't be too accusing. Trump is behind the mike as a presidential candidate. If he wants to talk to another city or state it's up to him. It's not as bad as running up to a mike and yelling "Hello Philadelphia" like a rock star or wrestling announcer, when it's Boston.
