  1. Jesus of Nazareth said to go off by yourself to pray, even hiding in a closet. He said you should pray for your enemies. He said it's futile to pray for yourself because if God wanted you to have something he would have given it to you already. What you describe is America getting what it deserves.

  2. Two summers ago a lot of the wildfires were caused by humans and arsonists. You don't see that now.
