  1. ABC news was using local reports, but eventually they want to have their own coverage for future use. I had problems with newspaper practice when I was writing a music column. I couldn't use the band photos given to me, a far more professional and promotional package than the newspaper photographer could do, being told the newspaper has it's own photographers to own their own pictures.
