President Putin is now being seen by many Americans as being articulate when making speeches, being informative with facts and knowing the history of the location he is in. He's always calm and polite and mixes with the people around him, not hiding behind bullet-proof barriers like Past President Trump. Russia walked away from the arms race with America, calling it glasnost, saying it was crazy spending all that money on the military. The United States still spends more money on the military than the next biggest spending military countries in the world.
