Please don't put it all on Trump. You don't get to take over the Republican Party as a non-elected, political outsider, without fronting for the Bush family. If they were willing to magic bullet Kennedy to take over the presidency they'll fight to keep their share. If nothing else, George W. won't be called the most stupid president any more.
