  2. You almost made it to the end, but saying the United States used to be the beacon of freedom is just a happy thought. The United States became the evil American Empire after using Japan as a way to justify using atom bombs, becoming the first, self-declared nuclear super-power. The first off-shore nuclear base was in Israel, after Americans created it, and the first thing Israel did was attack Egypt. It only got worse.
