  1.  @BransonBecker : You have more of a corporate mentality than I do. I was thinking of people showing up to get potatoes and making their own stills. I said vodka because that's easy to do and alcohol sales during the pandemic have soared. I'm a non-drinker, not nice for me to say that.

  3.  @13thbiosphere : What you say about throwing them away really does make sense. Potatoes are the only vegetable on earth that absorbs all the nutrients from the soil around them. If a human only eats potatoes and drinks water you can live a long and healthy life. I never heard of dunking for potatoes in the barrel before.
