Here in Ontario, Canada, in 1982, as a self-employed person, I began paying $72 every three months for tax-payer funded health care. After two years I received a letter saying I was a low income tax-payer and didn't have to pay any more. That was a surprise.

@3227phoenix People are talking about this in terms of Canada being the 51st state. I can see the provinces becoming individual states. Canada is bigger than the United States. It can't just be a state.
