  1. This minimum twelve year sentence isn't fair. Using a citizens' case to "send a message" for the government, also isn't fair. These men weren't there. They never used violence. They never robbed or threatened anyone. Two others were acquitted. They are militia members with legally purchased weapons, not drug dealers.
