He started a deal to buy an electricity supplier in the United States. An American judge ruled that political interference could affect operations and ordered it closed. He then fined Ontario Hydro $103,000,000 for non-completion. Ontario Hydro did not dispute and paid, the American saying rate-payers wouldn't see it on their bill. He then quit and was hired by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Fabricland Ontario was told they could only order product through America. I could go on.
