Both the Democrats and Republicans passed the biggest military spending bill ever, and that's an American Empire thing. Even President Trump changed the cold war to the code war by blaming China all the time. How come nobody blamed me for trying to interfere with an American election. At the time, people online didn't know if President Trump called in the troops or Joe Biden did.

He began a deal to buy an American electricity supplier in the United States. An American judge ruled the company could be politicized in Ontario, and stopped it. He fined Ontario Hydro $103 million in American dollars for non-completion. Ontario Hydro paid without dispute and the American said it won't show on hydro bills. He quit and was hired by The Tennessee Valley Authority, the largest and oldest electrical company in America.

Just like Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau acted as a decoy for Washington, going to Cuba, before he was Prime Minister he went to China, setting up trade deals. China began to prop up Washington, buying more American bonds than America owns. China could bankrupt America in one day. It was the Bush family who brought in Chinese plastic products, selling them the oil they stole from the Middle East to create it. They profit from import tariiffs from China. Some of my Scots ancestors went to Japan and China after they were attacked by America to help them rebuilt. We say Japan and China lost the war but they won the peace, a far better thing. Just like glasnost.

They had to build modern facilities that produced better and cheaper. In 1980, a friend of mine, Professor John McCallum, Electronics at York University, Toronto, signed a one-year contract with China. He went over to help build their internet and write their university curriculum. China is the only country in the world with sovereign online, able to shut of the rest of the world if they want to. The way Americans spread their world wide web to use against other countries is why it is now being used against them.

And if you walked down King Street you'd be invited to get wrong yourself. I can see news reports, such as Epoch Times, that say China imports narcotics to Canada, but Welland is the source for meth and fentanyl for the Niagara Peninsula and much of Ontario. And Russia isn't enforced bilingualism for the entire country and doesn't have the language laws and language police that Quebec has. The churches of Russia are some of the most beautiful buildings in the world. To each his own.

  31.  @ElenaKomleva : Being forced to take "French" in school is enforced bilingualism. The Province of Ontario didn't like that, not making Ottawa officially bilingual for many years. Ontario also decided to teach Parisian French, not Quebecois, so Ontarions spoke a more proper version of the language. Considering that Canada is running a huge deficit, having to make all printing and signs bilingual is a huge waste of money. If Quebec is so determined to be a distinct society only Quebec should be enforced bilingualism.

I'm sure you know being bilingual means speaking two languages. For the "French" in Quebec it means English and French. I hope you realize you have to be born in France to be French and speak French. Do you understand the word duplicity, what Scots see the French as being famous for, playing off their language against others, just as is happening en Quebec et Canada. Je ne sais toute les mots, because I don't want to.

  33.  @ElenaKomleva : I live in the Niagara Peninsula, but that's not really like being in Canada, more like Northern New York. You seem to be addressing your Russian problems quite well. A friend of mine signed a contract with the Moscow Symphony as a bass singer, and he's having a good time. A troop of 18 Russian entertainers were abandoned by their manager in Toronto, and a big venue in Niagara Falls put them up and let them perform. I was playing there in a band and was backstage with them. Each one could play piano like a classical master and they warmed up like ballet dancers for their stage shows, incredible talents and hard working. I liked them so much I treated them all to a supper served by the venue, really nice. It's a good thing they could all speak English. All I can say is nyet nyet Soviet.
