I saw a month ago that it was an American scientist in Wuhan experimenting with viruses who created it. He was sponsored by Washington and was called back to America. @ElJuaritozz Americans were saying the next viral weapon would be a mutating virus, one that keeps coming back. That was over twenty years ago and it's happening now.

@ElJuaritozz I don't think the Spanish Flu was mutating. It kept going around the world in waves because people didn't work to eradicate it. Of course, you can say there are different levels of mutations, but we're looking at a man-made one here.
