It would be interesting to find out why this law was passed in the first place. Here in Ontario, Canada, what were called "puppy farms" were shut down and retail sales were redefined. There were too many unhealthy puppies.

@imtheman4805 There's a reason why rabbits are so loving and cute. When their community becomes over-populated, female rabbits will ingest their pregnancy and pass it through their digestive system. When too many females are doing this, they'll break away to form a new community.
